I plan on going on a religious mission/joining the military for two years. Can I still participate in the program?
Yes! We have different paths depending on your plans. Both pathways start with joining the program senior year and completing your first year. After that you may take the two year break and come back and finish the last two years. Our second option is to complete all three years, then take the two year break and come back to a full-time offer of employment after!

What is the commitment required for the program?
The overall commitment is that this program is a 3-year commitment.

What is expected of me while in the program?
We require students to work hard and focus on school, Stadler offers tutoring assistance and study hours during work to help. Due to the nature of our facility we also require students to take trainings and all safety protocols seriously.

If I join the program, can I still finish high school?
Yes! We have a partnership with Salt Lake School District and Davis School District and work closely with them to plan schedules. Each school's work-based learning coordinator will help plan your classes to make sure every student is on track to graduate high school while in the program.
